Refund policy

We highly recommend that you inspect your order once it arrives to ensure everything is satisfactory and meets your expectations.  Should it not, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can help resolve any issues or concerns you might have.

Order Cancellations:
All orders are baked to order. Once orders are placed, we are unable to cancel your order. If your order has not yet been raised on our system, we may be able to offer a refund at our discretion.

Non-Faulty Goods:
As our products are consumable goods, we can’t accept returns of individual items. 


Faulty & Damaged Goods:
While we take every precaution possible before our products are dispatched, there is always a chance of damage in transit.  Equally rare, packaging can be damaged resulting in our product being exposed to air and causing it to spoil.  
Should this happen with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will aim to resolve the issue swiftly.

Refunds:
We typically action all refunds within 3 working days.  Please also remember that it typically takes 3-5 working days for banks to process transactions.
